Moorpark to LAX Car Service,
timed to your flight.
Moorpark is the one that does not start on a freeway. The trip begins by crossing the Tierra Rejada Valley on the 23, past the orchards, before there is any freeway at all — and that is the stretch that decides whether you make the flight. Fixed fare, private luxury black SUV, and a pickup time set by your departure.
Fares may change without notice. The price you see in the booking search is the one we honor.
Your pickup time, counted back from the flight.
About an hour with clear roads and up to an hour and forty in the morning peak. The fare is the same as from Simi Valley or Thousand Oaks — the three share one fixed-fare zone — but the drive is not: Moorpark starts ten minutes before the freeway does.
- Domestic flight — Pickup 3 hours 45 minutes before departure.
- International flight — Pickup 4 hours 15 minutes before departure, for the earlier check-in at Tom Bradley (TBIT).
- Red-eye or early morning — Before 5 a.m. the 23 and the 101 are both clear and the drive holds near 55 minutes.
- Peak morning, 6–9 a.m. — Add 35 to 45 minutes. The 23 southbound fills first with the Conejo commute, then the Sepulveda Pass.
- School mornings — Around 7.30 the streets by Moorpark College and Campus Park slow down. We route around them, but the pickup still starts five minutes earlier.

Which way we go, and why.
The first ten minutes are the ones that make Moorpark different:
- 23 south over the greenbelt — Across the Tierra Rejada Valley into Thousand Oaks. Open road, farmland on both sides, and no freeway until the 101.
- 101 → 405 — Through the Conejo grade and the Sepulveda Pass. The standard route from there on.
- 101 → 405 via the 90 — The way around when the pass is stopped: down to Marina del Rey and in along Lincoln.
- 118 east, only if the 23 closes — It goes the wrong way — east into the Valley — and adds twenty minutes. We use it when the 23 is shut, not by choice.
- Pickup across Moorpark — High Street and the old town, Campus Park, Peach Hill, Varsity Park, Mountain Meadows, Moorpark Country Club and the Tierra Rejada side.
- Leaving from a neighbouring city? — Each one has its own page and its own timing: Simi Valley to LAX, Thousand Oaks to LAX and Camarillo to LAX.
- At LAX — Drop at your airline's terminal on the upper level; tell us the airline when you book.
