LAX airport pickup:
curbside or Meet & Greet.

Two ways to be picked up at LAX, both with flight tracking and a fixed fare to Ventura County, Los Angeles or Orange County. Here is exactly where the chauffeur waits, how long the wait is free, and which terminal your airline uses.

Book your LAX pickup
The two options

Curbside is included. Meet & Greet is a $50 add-on.

Curbside pickup · included in the fare

Your chauffeur waits on the lower (arrivals) level of your terminal, at the curb. When you have your bags, text or call and say the pillar number you are standing at; the SUV pulls up in a few minutes. You never walk to the LAX-it rideshare lot: private chauffeurs do not use it.

  • Chauffeur's name, photo and plate in your text before landing
  • Best for travelers with carry-on bags or who know LAX
  • Same fixed fare as the price you booked

Meet & Greet · flat $50

Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal, at baggage claim for domestic flights or at the international arrivals exit at Tom Bradley, holding a sign with your name. They take the luggage, walk you to the SUV and handle the curb. Choose it when you book.

  • First time at LAX, international arrivals, families with kids
  • Executives and guests you are hosting
  • Lots of luggage, car seats or a wheelchair

The Meet & Greet fee may change without notice; the booking search shows the current total before you confirm.

Wait time and flight tracking

The clock starts when you land, not when you booked.

  • 60 minutes free after a domestic flight reaches the gate; 90 minutes after an international one. Then $1 per minute.
  • We track your flight number. It is checked automatically about two hours before landing; early, on time or delayed, the chauffeur knows and plans the pickup around the real arrival.
  • Your booked pickup time stays as booked. A delay does not use up your free waiting time.
  • No surge, no meter. The fixed fare you saw at booking is the fare, with the online service fee, tolls and airport fees included. Gratuity is optional.

Good to know

LAX pickup FAQ.

Where does the chauffeur wait for a curbside pickup at LAX?
On the lower (arrivals) level of your terminal, at the curb. When you have your bags, text or call your chauffeur and tell them the pillar number you are standing at; the SUV pulls up within a few minutes. Private chauffeurs are not allowed to pick up at the LAX-it rideshare lot, so you never have to walk there.
What is Meet & Greet at LAX and how much does it cost?
Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal at baggage claim (or at the international arrivals exit at Tom Bradley) holding a sign with your name, helps with the luggage and walks you to the SUV. It is a flat $50 add-on you choose when booking. Without it, the pickup is at the curb and is included in the fare.
How long will the chauffeur wait after my flight lands?
Sixty minutes of waiting are free for domestic arrivals and ninety for international ones, counted from the moment the plane reaches the gate, not from the booked pickup time. After that, waiting is billed at $1 per minute. We track the flight, so a delay does not use up your free time.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book. We check it automatically about two hours before landing and your chauffeur sees whether it is early, on time or delayed. Your pickup is planned around the real arrival, and the booked pickup time stays as your reference.
Which terminal will I arrive at?
At LAX it depends on the airline and on whether the flight is international. All international arrivals clear customs at the Tom Bradley International Terminal (Terminal B), except flights from Canada with U.S. preclearance. Domestic flights arrive at the airline's terminal: Southwest and JetBlue at Terminal 1, Delta at Terminals 2/3, American at Terminal 4, Alaska and Hawaiian at Terminal 6, United at Terminals 7 and 8. Terminal 5 is closed for rebuilding until 2028. Your chauffeur gets the terminal from your flight number.
Can you pick up at Burbank, John Wayne or Long Beach instead of LAX?
Yes. Hollywood Burbank (BUR), John Wayne (SNA), Long Beach (LGB), Van Nuys (VNY) private terminals, Ontario (ONT) and Santa Barbara (SBA) are all fixed-fare pickups to Ventura County, Los Angeles and Orange County. The same wait-time and flight-tracking rules apply.
